There’s many organic inspired restaurants around in every state I’m sure. This one caught my attention. Its located in downtown Bergen Street New York I believe. What a cute little organic inspired store. Their website is http://www.nytimes.com/2008/06/18/dining/18take.html?ref=dining. If you are not in the mood for a dinner or lunch they soon have Vegan Birthday Cakes coming. Now that’s something Ive certainly never heard about. Interesting treat I must add stay tuned for more details on their site.
